• Your Content: By using DigiCamFX to process an image, you invoke a local script on your device. We do not claim ownership, copyright, or licensing rights over the original image or the resulting processed image.
• Commercial Use: You are free to use images processed with DigiCamFX for any purpose, including commercial projects, social media, print, or advertising, without attribution (though attribution is appreciated!).
• Our IP: The DigiCamFX application, including its innovative "CCD Simulation" code, interface design, logo, and "DigiCamFX" name, is the property of the DigiCamFX Team and is protected by copyright laws.

02. USAGE LICENSE

DigiCamFX is provided to you free of charge. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the web application for its intended purpose (image processing).

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer the WebGL shader code for competitive purposes.
• Use scraping tools or automated bots to access the application.
• Use the application for any illegal or malicious intent.

03. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

While we strive for stability, DigiCamFX (like all software) may have bugs. We are not responsible for:

• Any loss of data (e.g., if your browser crashes during editing).
• Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
